The Tampa Bay Society of Photographic Artists, a non-profit organization, presents 'A Night of Art, Culture and Movement'- a photographic art show in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Graciously hosted by The Fuego Lounge located in the heart of downtown Saint Petersburg, anyone and everyone is invited to come out and celebrate the rich and diverse culture of the Hispanic community with art, live music, dancing and Latin cuisine. The art will be displayed on Saturday, October 15th from 4pm to 3am with an after party offering salsa dancing and drinks from 10pm to 3am. With this event, the society hopes to celebrate, unite and bring awareness to the long and important presence of Hispanic and Latino Americans.
"When people are willing to recognize the contributions of the Hispanic and Latino community, An unbiased development of opportunities and can be created and positively influence the youth in these communities," commented board member, Annie Gonzalez. "Events as simple as this one, are necessary because through art and celebration, a foundation for change can be created."
Come out and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month through the art of the individual photographic artists represented. Hosted by the Fuego Lounge, 'A Night of Art, Culture and Movement' will be on display:
