Becoming a member of the Tampa Bay Society of Photographic Artists is a distinct honor reserved for the most dedicated photographic artists in Tampa Bay. Participants are categorized as follows:

1. Associate
2. Member
3. Validated Member
    

Level 1: Associate

Associates of TBSoPA are photographers who have joined our Facebook group. Entrance into the group simply requires invitation or a join request and subsequent approval. Associate members are invited to participate in online discussions and peer reviews/critiques.

Level 2: Member

Members of TBSoPA are the lifeblood of our organization. They enjoy the following privileges:

1. Submission access into one curated member show per year
2. Access to submit to curated group shows
3. Discounted classes & educational workshops
4. Admission into monthly member meetings
5. Admission into group events & shoots
6. TBSoPA member t-shirt
7. Membership card
8. Discounts with affiliated vendors

Members are required to pay an annual membership fee of $120 (also payable at $12 per month). This amount is automatically debited upon renewal.

Level 3: Validated Member

This level is reserved for active, paid members to have showcased at any official TBSoPA exhibit. Validated members must have submitted work for curation and been accepted for that exhibition. They must also have actually exhibited at the event. Inactive members do not lose validated status. However, membership benefits are suspended during their time of inactivity.

Validated members receive a TBSoPA pin as well as a listing on http://www.tampabayfineartphotographers.com.
